Situated on the desirable Rue St. Honor\u00e9,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.colette.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Colette\">Colette<\/a>\u00a0is a fashion mecca in the heart of Paris. SO imagine my disappointment\/confusion when we arrived there this summer to see the store boarded up and closed but emblazoned with signs proclaiming, &#8220;We are still open.&#8221; This referred to their e-store and Colette Mini &#8211; a small boutique, found just around the corner, where you could sample a miniscule selection of the delights\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.colette.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Colette\">Colette<\/a>\u00a0usually has to offer. On the 24th of August,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.colette.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Colette\">Colette<\/a>\u00a0reopened; refurbished, dazzling and offering me a very good excuse to return to Paris very soon. Visit\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.colette.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Colette\">Colette&#8217;s e-store<\/a>\u00a0and see the refurb on\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nylonmag.com\/?section=article&amp;parid=1888\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"NYLON Colette's refurbishment\">NYLON&#8217;s blog<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Colette\u00a0is the original concept store.
